On Site Measuring

Our staffs are trained to perform accurate on site measuring service. We are also providing our clients with professional interior design advices.

However, in order to get a quotation without paying a cent or obligated to sign a contract, you can roughly measure the available spaces yourself and inform us about the dimensions as well as the details about the services required by filling out the service request form. If you have a floor plan ready or already have a drawing from other companies, you can always sent to us, so we will try to beat the price.

Here are the standard procedures to measure the job site:

How to Measure Your Space. Put the following information on the Grid Sheet using the example below:

1)	Start measuring from the corner shown in the drawing.
2)	Measure total length of all walls corner to corner.
3)	Indicate the location and sizes of the doors and windows. Include individual corner to window/door sill dimensions.
4)	Indicate door swings and location of the electrical plugs and the center line of sink. Include waterline and floor drain locaton.
5)	Confirm the room height and locaton of drop ceiling and bulk heads.
6)	Indicate appliance locations and sizes on the chart below.

For scheduling a professional measuring session, there is a non-refundable fee as indicated below:

*If you sent us your rough drawing by e-mail or filling out the free quotation form, you will not be charged on your account nor obligated to sign a contract with Home Reno Deal. 

**The professional on-site measuring costs $75 and it does not obligate the clients to sign contracts. Home Reno Deal will provide the 2 Dimension drawing to the clients and discuss the plan in details.

***Once Home Reno Deal staffs provide initial quotations to clients and the clients agree to accept the price offer, then Home Reno Deal will sent our staffs to the job site and perform on-site measuring
