On Site Design Consultation
Home Reno Deal understands the importance of "maximize customer statisfaction", so we believe by providing a face to face consultation session with clients on the job site is the way to achieve it. We will arrange our interior designers to meet with the clients and ,if necessary, we will also appoint one of our experienced contractors to further discuss the constructional details with the clients.

We provide free consultations over the E-mail. There is a flat rate fee for on site or face to face consultation, it is not refundable. However, if you decide to sign the contract with us and purchase products from us, then the fee will be deducted from the total contract amount.

*You have to claim and inform us about the consultation service you purchased from us before signing the contract. Home Reno Deal staff will credit you back on the total contract amount. The contract amount would apply to all the services and product you purchase through Home Reno Deal.
**If the contract amount is less than $2,000 CAD, there will be no refund or credit toward your contract amount.
***If the contract amount is more than $2,000 CAD, but less than $4,000, you get 50% of the total consultation service fee back.
****If the contract amount is more than $4,000 CAD, you get 100% of the total consultation service fee back.
